Hello!
I'm Christina!
I am a mom, author, self-development coach and cheerleader for all those who are seeking happiness and living a joyful life.
Initially, I had a career in business management, but my path took a completely different direction 14 years ago. I went from marketing to meditation, from presentations to manifestation.
I invite you into my world and show you how to communicate with the universe, what vibrations are all about, and what the law of attraction actually means. I explain why intuition is like your built-in GPS and how it guides you through the jungle of everyday life. We explore how we all experience life through various filters and how we can detect and dissolve the ones that hinder our growth. I even wrote a book about it, called "Unbecoming human", where I dive deep into this topic. It's in the final editing stages and will be available soon! (Wowwww! I've never been that excited in my entire life!) . I'll keep you posted here on www.happychristina.com
Interestingly enough, I never intended to become spiritual. I was simply searching for a job that suited me. If you want to read more about it, please click here:

WORD SWAPS
Word swaps can have a profound impact on our mindset and overall well-being. For example instead of saying "I am failing," we can choose to say "I am learning." By reframing our language, we shift our focus from the negative to the positive, allowing room for growth and development. Words have power, and by consciously choosing uplifting and empowering words, we create a more positive and conducive environment for ourselves. We can transform our thoughts and beliefs by making simple word swaps that align with our goals and aspirations. Remember, every word we speak and think has the power to shape our reality.

happiness is a habit
Your mood acts as a filter through which you perceive the world. It's often not a single thought that puts us in a bad mood, but the habit of getting caught up in trivial matters. However, we can easily flip this pattern and learn to focus on small moments of happiness! And suddenly, the whole world looks friendly!
